چکیده
The increasing number of construction projects together with the limited resources organizations led to tough competition for achieving project goals. Time, cost, and quality have been known as iron triangle. Project managers attempt allocate appropriate make best decisions accomplishing shortest durations, lowest costs, highest quality. No study has examined time–cost–quality trade-off problem decision-making approaches. In this study, fuzzy multi-criteria (MCDM) methods are exploited choose mode performing each activity. For purpose, SWARA method is applied determine importance weights time, addition, TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution) technique used rank select activity execution modes. proposed model implemented on two medium- large-size evaluate its efficiency. In this paper, we present a genetic algorithm (GA) for optimization of a multi-mode resource constrained time cost trade off (MRCTCT) problem. The proposed GA, each activity has several operational modes and each mode identifies a possible executive time and cost of the activity. Beyond earlier studies on time-cost trade-off problem, in MRCTCT problem, resource requirements of each execution mo...

متن کاملModeling and solving multi-skilled resource-constrained project scheduling problem with calendars in fuzzy condition
In this study, we aim to present a new model for the resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) considering a working calendar for project members and determined the skill factor of any member using the efficiency concept. For this purpose, the recyclable resources are staff resources where any person with multiple skills can meet the required skills of activities in a given time. ...
